Robbins Lumber, one of the largest employers in Waldo County, has over 115 employees engaged in the manufacture of white pine lumber, power generation, mill operations, and forest management.  Many employees have been with the company for decades and many are also members of the second or third generations of their families to work at the mill.  These employees are integral to the success of Robbins Lumber, helping the company grow and evolve to consistently meet the changing needs of customers and keep up with technological advancements.  This is why Robbins Lumber invests heavily in employee training and safety.  Safety is the number one priority and no job is too important to risk being unsafe.

Millwright
Join the maintenance department. Experience needed in general maintenance areas - millwright, welding, troubleshooting, and rebuilds of pumps, gearboxes, and industrial machinery.
Licensed Boiler Operator
The boiler operator will be responsible for overseeing efficient and safe operation of the boiler.
